Terms & policies

All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and must not be used in humans or animals. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organisation.

Prices are listed in USD and exclude any import duties or local taxes. Orders are confirmed once payment clears. We may cancel and refund an order where supply, compliance or verification requirements are not met.

Orders dispatch on business days in insulated cold-chain packaging. Delivery estimates are indicative and do not include customs clearance time. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided.

Unopened vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product value. Opened vials cannot be accepted. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at no cost when reported within 48 hours.

We store only the information required to process orders and provide support, and we never sell customer data. Cart contents are held against an anonymous browser token, not a personal profile.
